7:30 a.m.
I start my mornings by going to the gym and getting energized for the day. Once I’m back home, I pack my meals for the office and review my calendar for the workday.

8:30 a.m.
When I arrive at the office, I address any urgent emails, followed by meeting with my team to assess our priorities for the day. Our team’s focus is to ensure that we’re obtaining our development approvals in a timely manner.

10:00 a.m.
After checking in with my team, we meet with municipal planners and engineers to address any comments or concerns they have regarding our development applications and detailed drawing submissions. We collaborate on these items with our consulting civil, environmental and geotechnical engineers, as well as our planners, landscape architects and ecologists. Together we will find effective and balanced solutions to move towards our approvals.

11:00 a.m.
I update our project schedules based on my meetings with municipal stakeholders and begin working on deliverables in preparation for resubmissions and approvals. This can range from drawing reviews, negotiating terms of development agreements, analyzing revised cost estimates and updating our budgets.
