Statement on Ontario Proud

Mattamy Homes is committed to building high-quality housing, using environmentally sustainable methods, and contributing to the alleviation of the housing shortage in Ontario. We do not support Ontario Proud or its agenda. We have no connection with this organization, and we regret having made a one-time donation to Ontario Proud in the run up to the 2018 provincial election. At the time, we believed Ontario Proud was a credible advocate for advancing the province’s housing agenda, specifically in relation to housing availability and affordability. We remain as committed as ever to being constructive partners in finding solutions to these pressing issues.
