Representation cannot be honored if a customer has been registered with another broker within the specified registration period.

Representation will not be honored if the customer has previously visited the model home(s) unaccompanied and/or has been working with a Mattamy Homes sales representative at this or any other Mattamy Homes community.

We will not honor the following:

1) Drive-by registration.
2) Customer arriving at Mattamy model home with only instructions from his/her real estate agent.
3) Customer declaring that a relative is a real estate agent working with him/her.
