COVID-19 Update

Updated: January 2021

We are in this together and are ready to assist you in finding your new home safely. Mattamy Homes continues to take several actions to protect the health and well-being of all our stakeholders — employees, homeowners, homebuyers and business partners.

Our commitment to you is that we will continue to make proactive decisions, keeping health and safety always at the forefront. We are closely monitoring guidance from local and national health authorities and will update our procedures as needed to do our part in helping to control the spread of the coronavirus (COVID-19).

Our communities are open, and we are ready to assist you. We are offering more ways for you to connect with us to make your homebuying journey happen in the way that helps you feel most comfortable.

Please contact our team online for more information, as these safety measures vary by community. We encourage customer-facing meetings to be by appointment when possible. We welcome guests on a walk-in basis, based on appropriate visitor levels that allow us to follow physical distancing and other safety protocols.

Thank you for your patience and understanding as we continue to provide you with the best homeowner experience while maintaining a safe and welcoming environment.

Sincerely,
Mattamy Homes

Here are some of the practices we’ve put in place:

  • We’re following physical distancing guidelines. Please maintain six feet of distance between yourself and others.
  • All Mattamy employees will be wearing face masks during your face-to-face interactions with us, and we ask you to do the same.
  • If you or anyone you’ve been in contact with has recently travelled or has had any COVID-19 symptoms in the past 14 days, we request that you only connect with us virtually.
  • We have increased cleanings of all our model homes, new home galleries and design studios.
  • We ask that you limit touching surfaces and items during your visit to help reduce the spread of the coronavirus (COVID-19).
  • We are limiting the number of guests per appointment and in our homes to ensure physical distancing can be maintained.
  • In addition to in-person appointments, you can always connect with us online through email, phone and video interactions.
