The Briar’s open-concept design provides generous space and an ideal flow for busy families. A suite of two bedrooms lies just off the foyer while the owner’s suite enjoys ample privacy in the rear corner of the home. The hospitable porch leads to a foyer that opens to an expansive hall and into the light-washed Great Room. The Great Room opens to the covered lanai and to the dining room and adjacent island kitchen. Options here are as plentiful as the Florida sunshine. Add a door from the owner’s suite to the lanai, which can be extended and where a 12-foot multi-sliding glass door or screened enclosure can be added. In lieu of the flex room, create a private study and, in Bath 2, a shower in lieu of a tub. The owner’s suite can include a Super Shower or Owner’s Bath Oasis.
