2 Pieces of Canadian Government Issued ID

This could be a Canadian Passport, Canadian Citizenship Card, PR Card, or Canadian Birth Certificate and Driver's License or Ontario Issued Photo ID Card.

Initial Deposit

Bank draft payable to Mattamy (Brownridge) Limited, or payable by credit card.

Post-dated Cheques

All post-dated cheques payable to Mattamy (Brownridge) Limited. Only personal cheques are accepted.

Agreement of Purchase and Sale

All parties to the Agreement must be identified through government-issued ID.

Lawyer Contact Information

Solicitor Name and contact information is required.

Mortgage Pre-Approval

Mortgage pre-approval required within 21 days of purchase.
