To make an eligible referral, the referrer must introduce the referee to a designated Mattamy Sales Representative by telephone, video, or in person. Once the introduction has been made, you can email your Mattamy Sales Representative the completed referral form or bring in the form to one of our sales offices. Our team would be happy to review it with you and confirm next steps.

*Disclaimer: This incentive is only applicable on the purchase of a Mattamy Homes home in Canada.
To be eligible, the Referrer must (1) currently reside in a Mattamy Homes home having successfully closed on their Mattamy Homes home as of 2017, unless approved otherwise by Mattamy, or (2) having purchased a Resale Mattamy Homes home as of 2017, unless approved otherwise by Mattamy or (3) currently rent and live in a Mattamy Homes home or (4) successfully completed their conditional period and entered firm deal status and is in good standing with Mattamy Homes; and the Referee must (1) have closed on the purchase of an eligible Mattamy Homes home, or (2) for any mid-rise or high-rise in the Greater Toronto Area 7-storeys or greater, successfully completed their 10-day conditional period and entered firm deal status and is in good standing with Mattamy Homes.
All Referrers who rent a Mattamy Home must provide proof of address to qualify. Mattamy Homes reserves the right to withdraw or change the incentive program at any time and without notice. The amount to be paid to the Referrer and to the Referee is the amount set out in the promotional document for the applicable community. In the case of a mid-rise or high-rise in the Greater Toronto Area that is 7-storeys or greater, payment to the Referrer will be made within 30 days of the referred deal entering firm deal status and is in good standing with Mattamy Homes. In the case of all other communities, payment to the Referrer will be made within 30 days of closing.
The Referee will receive their payment as a credit on closing of their home. This program allows for a Referrer to refer a maximum of 10 people. Once the maximum of 10 people has been met, an individual will not be allowed to qualify for the Referral program unless approved by Mattamy Homes. In accordance with our privacy policy available at mattamyhomes.com/privacy-policy, the Referrer must ensure that before providing any information, the Referrer has obtained their friend’s consent to provide Mattamy with information about participating in the offer. The friend must ensure that they have obtained the Referrer’s consent before providing all information about the Referrer to Mattamy Homes upon request for the purpose of administering the Referral reward. The Referrer must only refer friends with whom they have a personal or family relationship and who would want to hear about this offer. The Referral program is not available where the Referee purchaser is represented by a real estate agent. This incentive is not transferable for the Referee in the event of an assignment.
