Actual results will be provided by your lender and will likely vary depending on your eligibility and current market rates. This information is not intended to provide, and should not be relied on, for financial, legal or tax advice, or investment recommendations in evaluating your unique circumstances and lending decisions. This is not a commitment to lend. Financing with less than 20% down payment will require mortgage insurance. Payment shown is principal and interest (P & I) only and does not include real estate taxes, homeowners insurance, mortgage insurance premiums or homeowner’s association dues, so your total monthly payment will be higher. You should consult your lender to determine where rates are for your desired situation. Prices shown may not include lot premiums upgrades and options, depending on stage of construction. Not all products and options are available in all states.
