2 Pieces of Canadian Government Issued ID

This could be a Canadian Passport, Canadian Citizenship Card, PR Card, or Canadian Birth Certificate and Driver's License or Ontario Issued Photo ID Card.

Initial Deposit

Townhomes: Initial $20,000 deposit payable by bank draft.

Post-dated Cheques

All post-dated cheques payable to JOSEPH O’DONOGHUE LLP, IN TRUST. Only personal cheques are accepted.

Agreement of Purchase and Sale

All parties to the Agreement must be identified through government-issued ID. The Agreement of Purchase and Sale is FIRM and BINDING following a 10-day cooling off period as required by the Condo Act.
