Surrounded by Nature
Southwinds uniquely features the first reconstructed nature preserve in southwest Airdrie. Prior to building the preserve, careful effort was taken to analyze the native vegetation and reintroduce local species onto the grounds with the help of professional arborists and a reputable nursery. This flora was then transplanted back into the community to create a rich environmental reserve. The intention is to create a sustainable, healthy community integrated with nature, providing further energy-saving options.
Thoughtful Design & Streetscapes
One of the most important aspects of our development mindset and philosophy is to design our communities keeping a customer-first mentality. The streets of Southwinds are built in a logical progression in order to build the community from one end to another. This approach allows us to focus on each phase, without creating a careless and haphazard construction pattern. Most importantly, it minimizes disruption to you and other members of the community.

Pump Track Now Open
Our pump track is now open! A pump track is a circuit of rollers, banked turns and features designed to be ridden completely by riders "pumping"—generating momentum by up and down body movements, instead of pedaling or pushing.
