Mattamy Homes Warranty Office is open Monday - Friday between 8:30am - 5pm.
If you are experiencing an AFTERHOURS warranty emergency, please call 904-279-9521 OR 904-524-9661 to speak with the on-call Warranty Care Representative.
Emergency Requests are defined as:
- Total loss of heat or air conditioning (both units in a two-unit home)
- Total loss of electrical service Total loss of plumbing(water/sewer)
- Plumbing leaks that require a total system shut down
All after-hours calls will be monitored and reported to the appropriate on call vendor.
Emergency vendor contact information is also located on the Mattamy Homes contact sticker located on the electrical panel.
