Solara Resort’s Grand Clubhouse offers a full-service restaurant, with a full menu and servers who can bring your food to your table or cabana. There’s also an ice cream parlor, coffee bar, sundries store, indoor and outdoor lounges, a full-service fitness center and a business center with Wi-Fi, computers and a printer.

The Home Energy Rating System (HERS) is the industry standard scoring system that measures a home’s energy efficiency on a scale from zero to 150. A typical existing home score is 130 and a typical new home is 100.
